Posted on 2010 under Blog | No Comment
On April 18Th 2010 Gizmodo decided they would shock the world by releasing images and video's of the 4G iPhone ??prototype. How they got their hands on it is a mystery or we missed something somewhere. The page is very detailed and they have too many images to count.
The site reportedly received 4.6 million page views in one day! That's huge! If It also had 31'300 Retweets and 86'00 Diggs. That has to be a traffic record for a tech blog. If you translated that into a average $20.. per 1000 adsense impressions you can just imagine how much money they made online.
Will Gizmodo be sued by Apple. Maybe. Apple has been on a legal rampage against HTC and anyone one else who gets in their way or use their technology without approval.
Steve Jobs has been described as a bitter old man by some lately too. Now may not be a good time to mess with Apple. On the other hand this could all be a marketing scheme and Gizmodo just happens to be the lucky recipient of Apple Love.
